Important Reminders

1. Please provide us with proof of vaccines

2. Please do not bring bedding, bowls, or toys from home.  Sheldegren will provide all of these for your pets.

3. We ask that pets arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. weekdays and 3:00 p.m. Saturdays.  We open at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. Saturday. Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

4. We accept outside food for pets with special dietary needs. Meals should be in zip lock bags labeled with pet's name.  We CANNOT store large bags.

5. We cannot guarantee or replace items due to loss or destruction.

6. During the four major holidays, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, we require a $30 deposit for all reservations.  This policy was implemented due to the number of "no-shows" in the past.  You may have been one of our valued customers we had to turn away only to find that we could have accommodated your pet after all.   Deposits are due when reservations are booked.  Deposits are Non-Refundable. If you need to change dates or cancel your reservation, you must do so (7) days prior to your pets scheduled arrival date in order to recieve a credit for your next boarding reservation.
